I have been a therapist and supervisor since 2000, as well as a lecturer/tutor and Head of Counselling at several training centres.

I am active as a consultant and a workshop facilitator and have been delivering MBET's unique brand of Mindfulness Training to the general public and health care professionals.

I am the developer of MBET (Mindfulness-Based Experiential Therapy) and the course leader at the MBET Centre.

I have worked as a psychotherapist and in the field of mental health for the NHS and various mental health organisations (including charities), as well as in private practice since early 2000.

I have been teaching counselling for about 10 years. I am passionate about counselling and psychotherapy, and teaching in this profession is fascinating, challenging and a privileged.
